About G10

Hi and welcome to G10! 

Here at G10, we have brought together a creative collective of friends to embark on a project to inspire creativity in its buyers apparel. We want our clients to have fun and be excited about the watches they wear. Whether they have a large collection or are new to the watch game our mission is simple: 

We want your watch to make you smile!


Returns & Exchanges  

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with our product. Therefore we offer the following:

Exchange of store credit* is available within 30 days of the original purchase. We are unable to process refunds.

Items must be unworn, un-mounted, or unused to be eligible for exchange or store credit.

The amount credited for the exchange or credit does not include shipping and must be mailed back to G10 at your own expense.

Prior to making a return or exchange, please email us at info@g10.ca with the details of your reason for return along with your order number. A 15% fee will be deducted on exchanges or credits that haven’t been authorized by G10.


Shipping  

In order to be more cost effective, all orders are shipped with standard shipping that doesn’t include a tracking number. 

We apologize for not being able to include this option during the checkout. We will include it as soon as it is available for us.
